Every support visit is thoughtfully tailored to the individual.
There is no set routine because every person is unique. Together, we’ll create visits
that reflect your loved one’s interests, personality, abilities and life experiences, with
the aim of bringing connection, purpose and enjoyment to each day.
Support visits take place in the comfort and familiarity of your loved one’s home, providing calm, consistent support in an environment where they feel most at ease.
At Memory & Connection, I provide personalised in-home support visits for older adults.
Each visit is thoughtfully tailored to the individual, creating opportunities for meaningful engagement and genuine connection that reflect each person’s interests, personality and life experiences.
Whether sharing a cup of tea, listening to favourite music, enjoying a creative activity, reminiscing, or simply spending time together, every visit is designed to enrich wellbeing and bring purpose to the day.

Support That Can Complement Existing Care
If your loved one requires personal or clinical care, I'm happy to discuss whether Meaning & Connection may complement the support you already have in place.
Let's Start with a Conversation
Choosing support for someone you love is an important decision. The first step is a complimentary consultation where we can discuss your loved one’s needs, answer any questions you may have, and determine whether Meaning & Connection is the right fit for your family.
